Q: Can I replace my two prong outlets with updated ones?
A: Grounded type (three prong)

Q: What is Chinese Drywall and how do I know if I have it?
A: Too long of an answer to deal
with here, let's just say I inspect for it and if you suspect that you do or might have it, give me a call and we can set
up an appointment. If you want to inspect you own home for it, it's not that hard, just Google "chinese drywall"
and you'll have more than ample reading on the subject. If you are still unsure, give me a call.
Below
is a picture of the back of a board of "Chinese Drywall". It's stamped with the words "KNAUF-TIAN".
Q: How much does an inspection cost?
A: It varies on the home, most homes can be inspected
for $200 and up (full home inspection) depending on the size and what type of home. If you just want a wind mitigation
inspection they are $75-$100. Just a 4 point inspection will run you about $100-$125
Below is a picture of a very frightening scenario. I've seen this several times in the last few months. Someone
went into the attic and cut out all the wiring they could get to. A very expensive problem for sure, but when things
like this have been done, what else did they do that you can't see?
